  Who is E.D.I.T.H?

E.D.I.T.H. (Exit Drills in the Home) is the Downers Grove Fire Department's Fire Safety Clown. EDITH and her firefighter friends are available to teach fire safety through a 20 minute show in the schools and for special community events. Zany EDITH engages children in learning safety as she has them come up to help with props
and safety lessons. At the end of the show, children are invited to meet the firefighter of the show and see his
gear. Visit the flipbook on this website to read a story about EDITH at the firehouse.
